Your first visit generally includes a Comprehensive Dental Examination. We will diagnose your unique dental needs, learn your desires, and discuss how we might fulfill them.  Please assist us by bringing the following information at the time of consultation:

• Medications you are currently taking
• Your dental insurance information if applicable

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.) or require medication prior to dental cleanings (i.e. antibiotics for pre-med.)

For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will file your insurance for you, and we will work with you to maximize your benefits as possible.  Additionally, we offer financing for payment plans through Care Credit with 6 – 12 months NO INTEREST for qualifying treatment plans. Our team is here to make your dental appointment to be informative and pleasurable. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to you, so payment or copayment is due at the time of service.  Please recognize that you will be responsible for any fees that your insurance does not pay.
